Healix is a therapy practice management platform that provides appointment scheduling, secure messaging, invoicing, and document management for therapists and their patients.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Notify your therapist immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Upload malicious files or content
Interfere with the operation of the service
Share your account credentials with others

5. Clinical disclaimer

Healix is an administrative tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The platform facilitates communication between you and your therapist but is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. In case of emergency, contact emergency services directly.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of Healix is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your data seriously and use industry-standard encryption and access controls.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Healix available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

Healix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
